A motor vehicle is desperately required to replace an aging 500,000km one which is used to service the pumping stations at the water holes (pans) in Hwange National Park. This clapped out vehicle and its lone driver Gary Cantle ensure the stations continuously pump water so elephants and many species of wildlife can survive the long, hot summers.
