Visas

The Australian migration program is comprised of the Humanitarian and Non-Humanitarian Programs.

The Non-Humanitarian Program has many visa subclasses that can be divided into two main streams:

• Skill
• Family

The Skill Stream would include visas such as business, skilled and employer-sponsored visas.

The Family Stream would include visas such as spouse (partner), child, parent and remaining relative visas.

Most visa applications may include a primary applicant, spouse and dependants.

Please note that we cannot provide advice or recommend a visa without conducting a full evaluation of your background. We have simplified the material for ease of explanation.
