Our consultation allows us to gather your background information, carefully consider your circumstances and provide you with an informed opinion on your Australian visa eligibility.
If you are unable to attend our office, we can arrange a video consultation, WhatsApp or telephone consultation.
Our consultation fee is AUD$250. Should you decide to engage Ross Relocation Services to advise, assist and represent you with the visa process, we will provide you with a quotation of fees prior to any work being performed. In addition, if you engage our services within one month of your consultation, we will credit the consultation fee towards our fees.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, lateness or no shows. If the cancellation has occurred due to some unforeseen circumstance that is outside of your control, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and wish to reschedule, you will need to pay another consultation fee.
If you give us more than two business days' notice, we can look at rescheduling your appointment. However, if you do this more than once, we may not be able to accommodate you.
If our consultant is not available due to some unforeseen circumstance that is outside of our control on the day of your appointment, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
